Wolf Groom study
Personal Project, 2025
This is a project I have been working on over the past month. Originally I planned to create a project focusing on story telling and look development by researching different rendering methods. I imagined a more stylised wolf inspired by Norse mythology, rendered in the style of an old fashioned illustration. However after creating the sculpt I decided to groom the wolf instead. The base was sculpted in Zbrush, then retopologised in Blender, groomed in Houdini and finally rendered in Solaris using Karma. The current version has no additional textures apart from the base colours.
